International shipping delivery time depends on the destination country (usually between 7 to 15 days) and the cost is €30.

Orders will be dispatched using an European Post Office. For all international purchases where the total value is more than €300, we will ship by an international courier. For international purchases under€300, we will ship as Registered article. All shipments carry a tracking number (available in most of the countries), which will be provided to the purchaser. A signature is required for all deliveries.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive email confirmation to advise you of the delivery. Your tracking number will be included in this email.

If you would like to receive your order more quickly we can have the item couriered to you. Please send us a message so we can arrange it.

Please note that if you are residing in any country outside EU, we will not be responsible for:

  • any import duties which may be imposed upon you by your local customs
  • non-delivery due to incorrect shipping address as entered by purchaser

Made to Order or Sold out

Segni di mare produces jewelry in limited edition and one of a kind commissions and the pieces are hand finished. If you see that an item is sold out or made to order, it means that we’ll need 3-4 weeks to produce the piece for you. Don’t let that deter you from ordering, send us a message and let’s find the best solution for you.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. Please note that if you fail to contact us to arrange an exchange or refund outside of this period we will be unable to assist you. Custom orders or made-to-order items cannot be returned. To return an item, please email to inform us and for the return address information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will organize an exchange or a refund to the original method of payment. All shipping, handling and expediting charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
